Guidelines and other things to note

Who is eligible to enter?

All nominees must be from the BPO industry and must have the proper documentation to show that their HR campaign was initiated, improved upon or completed 12 months before the opening of the nominations (September 19).

How do I enter/participate?

Easy. To enter and participate in the award event, you must be nominated in any of the mentioned categories. You can also participate by nominating your team or a TA professional/executive, your team you think has shown outstanding performance in the industry. Visit the website and select the category which you want to nominate and fill out the form.

How can I win?

If you are nominated and make it to the final round, you will need to be selected by our renowned judges who are expert practitioners in the Talent Acquisition profession.

What do I win?

Will I be charged to participate?
